Hello
Just copied a few video files from my HTC to my laptop. When I play the video files on the laptop, only pictures can be viewed but no sound!!. Both picture and sound is clear while viewing it on HTC.
The volume is set on high too.
Please help...

I had this too - the only program I found that would play both the video & sound was Quicktime - (free download from Apple). No idea why Windows media player etc doesn't work though! Might be an odd file format that HTC use?0

That's right - at most people should only install Quicktime Lite just for the browser plugin (since VLC's browser plugin isn't quite there for quicktime).0 -
