I'm afraid I found that very difficult to follow and can't offer any specific advice, but I just wanted to a) sympathise and b) suggest that you remove names from that post.

I can't believe this is legal and it certainly isn't moral but I don't know what you can do about it, hopefully someone will have some practical advice for you. Are there any kinds of housing laws which protect minority groups against bigotry in the way there are with employment laws? It may be worth seeking legal advice altough it will probably be pricey. Good luck!

Rebelfoxx - best suggestion is to go to the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) for free legal advice.

Not easy to read that at all. Perhaps not in the best place to get a response too.

I reckon this a a result of facebook and text messaging...THIS is what happens ..:)
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    Renting property

In general, it is illegal for a landlord or someone who is acting on their behalf such as a letting agency to discriminate against you because of your sexuality. This means they can't refuse to rent you a property because of your sexuality, offer you the property on less favourable terms or treat you less favourably than other tenants.

    Please use paragrpahs.

Separate each point, making it clear
    a) what has happened and
    b) what type of tenacy is involved

Ask separate questions where you want answers.

I suggest you start again. Slowly.
