Rangemaster SXS Freezer Repair Advice

Hi - my freezer appears to be broken 
and I have no idea how to go about getting a quote for a repair. It's an American Fridge Freezer. I don't want to pay for a call out if it's going to cost a packet to repair. It's just over 4 years old so out of warranty. Also how do you know if it's a reputable repair business. I've been lucky with appliances so far so I am a complete novice on this.
