Tesco ppi claim

Hi all

I'm reclaiming my ppi from my tesco credit card. I've sent them a letter asking for my original terms and conditions I think it is with the letter from here. I've not had a reply yet but has been 9-10 days I think so still a couple of days and I think my post man is a slacker. I can't remember the address I sent the letter to. Im just thinkin that if I've sent it to the wrong place should I just send another one to the correct place or do you think they will sort it out? Don't suppose also of anyone knows the correct place to send or would I send it to rbs as I think tesco do it through them?

Did you use normal or recorded delivery?
They normally have 12 days to comply with this request, so give it until then and if you've received nothing by then contact them to make sure.

If Tesco set it up it would be Tesco head office or complaints you pursue in regards of the mis selling and in regards of a copy of your agreement RBS should provide this.
