2 parcels delivered today, but 1 has to go back

The postie brought me 2 parcels today, a lipcote from the glamour posts, and my Vado HD camcorder from the pick me up magazine daily comp.
I was thrilled to receive them, but after charging the camera for 6 hours, It wouldn't work, I went onto the Creative website and contacted them and was told they would get back in touch. I found a forum site on their page and saw loads of posts complaining about the camera. After getting in touch with Pick me up mag I have sent it back to them for their tech dept to look at.
it really took the shine off winning this prize:(
