Rent to buy

Hi
Hope someone can help.
My mum is really interested in finding a newbuild developer in the South West (Salisbury area preferably) who offers Rent to Buy options. (not the government backed homebuy initiative, but rather their own private agreement).
After reading a bit about on the net, she's phoned a couple of developers recently but no luck so far.
Does anyone know anything about it and where she should go?
Any help really appreciated.
Thanks

Debt Free Day - November 1st 2011 - would be a fantastic Christmas that year ((Fingers crossed I can do it)):D
If we all stood together and threw our problems up in the air - we would rather catch our own again than somebody elses :A
