Looks like my suspicions were right!! suspicious bidder alert

Some of you may remember my recent post with regard to an item not received dispute. I thought there was something fishy about the transaction as the buyer took just under a week to pay, then contacted me two days after I posted the item second class asking where it was. Last week she opened an item not received dispute, and I refunded.

Today I received an email in my ebay messages stating there was a suspicious bidder alert on this buyer and that they were now no longer a registered ebayer. The email told me not to send the item etc, presume it is an automatic email as otherwise they would know about the dispute.

I have put a claim into the post office for the non delivery of the item (which I was pretty sure was delivered!!!) but don't expect I will get my money back now!!!!

I understand ebay has to offer buyer protection however I feel ebay should really look at these cases before witholding funds from your paypal account buyer had 6 feedbacks and had made around 20 purchases in May with no feedback either way. Rant over just annoys me.

Whats to stop this buyer setting up another ebay account and doing it all over again?

ebay won't have informed the Royal Mail. Your claim should still go through.
