Withdrawal Letter-Urgent Help Needed

Fabio.....
SarEl is offering you EXCELLENT advice and you are very lucky indeed to have access to it for free.
Forgive me but you seem to struggle with English - maybe it is not your first language.
Do as SarEl suggests, send the simplest possible withdrawal.
IF at some point in the future somebody says something that you CAN PROVE to be untrue AND it affects a future job the you MAY be able to take action then.
Otherwise, move on.

Hi there, I'm sorry but I haven't looked up any of your earlier posts and there does look to be quite a bit of history here.
To be honest, the ET isn't interested in your reasons for withdrawal, so you could just write in and say " I wish to withdraw my claim no............" and leave it at that.
Your other alternative is to ask the Acas conciliator to send you a COT4 withdrawal form which you just sign and send back. Then again if you want the agreement not to pursue costs formalised then you could go for a COT3 settlement, maybe see if you can get them to throw in a reference.0
