Seriously - I wouldn't ! The OP stands at risk of ending up with costs, believe me. I know it isn't common, but the OP was told not to claim and that he had no case. And was warned about the risk of costs.

I'll defer to your knowledge of events.

If they have made the offer through ACAS it is binding - they will not pursue costs

Binding because it was made to ACAS - however it was made.

Thanks guys it take some stress of my head but I am pretty sure (you can call me paranoic) but as soon as I withdraw my claim my Egoistic previous manager (complaint was mostly about him) is going to write (or call to avoid evidence) in my new job to say bad things about me.

Before clicking SEND button can someone let me know if anything need to be changed

    Dear Sir,

Re: Case number (insert number here)

I am writing to withdraw the case listed above. Although I stand all the claims I made in the ET3 I submitted, I am not able to continue with this claim due to some personal family issues .

    Yours faithfully,

That is an entirely different matter. If what he says (if he says it) is evidenced then there are other avenues than going back to the ET - if what he says isn't true. You have no protection is what he says is true.

well to prove what he says is wrong is difficult as he is keeping all the evidences and has ability to forge things. I dont have resources to prove him wrong though what he says is ABSOLUTELY FALSE

To prove what he says is false I had gone to ET but after realizing that I cannot fight top QC and am not so strong to fight this resourceful one I got stressed and decided to withdraw.

    Thank GOD you are withdrawing.

I can't advise on the letter, I'm afraid, but I'm very pleased that you've finally seen sense and are getting on with your life.

' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".

Sorry. I recall all your previous posts (evidence, like I said, is hard to forget) and your PM's which I wouldn't divulge, even though they were unsolicited. I did my best to tell you not to go here. And the evidence is that you also have a tendency to forget things - like things you have said, and things you are told. I am sorry - you never had a case, and you insisted you had. You thought you were entitled and your were not. You lodged this claim out of anger - misplaced anger. I really do not want to hurt you or upset you, but these are facts. You are lucky they are letting you withdraw without chasing costs. I don't wish you any ill-intent. But like I said - you created this situation and if your manager phones up and tells the truth.... Well you have no option to complain about the truth.
