Does anyone know of a way in Firefox to stop websites accessing your clipboard through Javascript? The only way I've found is to switch off Javascript altogether. I've had a look at NoScript but as far as I can see individual Javascript commands can't be blocked, it just works on a site level whitelist.

I think that article only applies to older versions of Firefox, because I'm using Firefox 4 and sites can certainly gain access to it, and I'm almost certain it happened on the previous version of Firefox as well. Try going on the Daily Mail website and copying/pasting a paragraph from the article if you want to see for yourself0
