I am having a mare of a time trying to deal with HTC - They've failed to repair my phone twice and sent me the wrong phone back twice. I've been with out my mobile for 8 weeks today and I've just spoken to them again, They're very sorry they'll need a further 7 days to rectify the situation.
Does anyone have a email address for someone in a position to help me? All I want is my phone fixed or the replacement they promised me 4 weeks ago.

If it wasn't for the mistakes I made in the past (and learned from), I wouldn't be who and where I am today. It doesn't matter if you've cocked up, what matters is that you put it right and apologise. x

Have you tried asking for a priority repair, the last time I had the same sort of problem I filled in the online survey they send outlining my disappointment and with 24 hours a rep phoned me back. He was very apologetic offered to book it in there an then and put it as a priority, had my phone back in three days and all fixed.0

I have always had good service from them (been with them since the wizard which must be early 00's). The best thing about them is that their products rarely need fixing, but on occasions I have needed to use them, they have been rapid.
What was the fault out of interest?0 -
My OH works in the same building as the HTC support centre. But he doesn't have any emails or anything useful, I'm afraid! I could nip down the road and burst in and shout at someone if you like?Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
