Not sure if this is right place but am looking for a site where i can download blu ray movies from i don't mind paying a monthly or yearly fee.

Blu-Ray's are in the region of 30GB apiece - probably more than the data allowance from your ISP!0

The DVD rental companies have downloadable streaming movies with Normal and HQ streams...

Try a service like Lovefilm, you can stream movies to pc or ps3 and you can rent blurays in the post!
