BT overbilling all the time!!

BT keep overbilling me on my 3 monthly phone bill. When i phone them they try to say that it is right ( the BT bill is mega compli
cated to work out and not even the staff understand it most of the time) so i explain it to them and they then agree i have been overbilled.
It is for the evening and weekend which i signed up for receiving this free (for a period of 12 months) Has anyone else had problems?
But after every 3 months this has been billed. I phone them up after every three months and they offer a credit on the next bill.
This happened on the first 3 months, second 3 months and i did receive a credit (tho on the second bill they overcharged me again twice! so had to phone and so on.
Getting kinda fed up with BT now and their rubbish billing service.
Can anyone recommend a better less complicated home phone line company as after the 12 months is over im thinking about switching as im so fed up with bt now.

Ask BT to put you on monthly whole blling. Just pay exactly what you owe each month.0
