Hi all,
I'm sure this question has come up before but couldn't find any threads. Anyway, we're after websites that are really good for giving ideas for interior design/paint schemes etc. We're going to be decorating our first home and need some ideas/inspiration!
Thanks

I get ideas from magazines...House Beautiful, Homes & Gardens etc...lots of them have websites too so no need to buy magazines0

Hi Jonny
I am in the same position. Room Envy is an interesting design blog. Also you could ask in your local Freecycle for unwanted Home Interior magazines. Thats what I did and got a very good response which has resulted in a pile of very good design mags of which I am very grateful.
I hope this helps.0 -
ideal homes website has loads of different room styles on its website. I think they upload every month's themes so it's ever increasing.0

In a half decent hotel in our closest large town, they always have this month's glossies (fashion/interior/style/gossip/cars etc) strewn over the tables in the lounge area. For the price of a pot of tea and some bikkies, you get free parking AND a couple of hours of idle browsing! If you have a similar hotel ask them very nicely what they do with their old copies when the new issues come out. I've used this 'library facility' before to skim through the current expensive mags - in order to decide which one I'll buy later from the newsagents (without being frowned at for 'browsing'!)0
