Other years when child benefit etc has been due on a bank holiday/ christmas day etc Im sure it gets paid into the bank on the last working day before the payment was due.0

many years ago as I don't know if this applies now but if you were due a payment (via book) on a bank holiday monday you'd get double the week before, don't know why it should have changed just cos the way they pay you has, e,g, via bank.
Pls be nice to all MSer's
There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.
Tomorrow never come's as today is yesterday and tomorrow is today

We'll get it on the Friday before I presume - same as every other bank holiday0

There's another thread floating about somewhere, you'll get it on the 22nd, same as child benefit and income support if received on xmas day or boxing day.
And if you are due money on new years day you'll get it on 29th:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -
ctc pmts will be made early so xmas/boxing day pmts will arrive the week before (thurs/fri).
the same applies to new year day/2nd jan.
due to this there will be (what appears to be) a longer than normal gap in the following payments.
you must remember that your pay day (mon-sat) will be the same but due to hols, pmts will be made earlier)fatblokexl:EasterBun:0
