Current account advice needed ASAP

I have recently been made unemployed so I have been trying to sort out my finances.
I have a bank account(overdraft) and credit card with LLOYDS TSB and they referred me to CCCS who have done a budget with me and have advised me to send their template letter along with the budget to my creditors to pay £1 a month.

However they have also advised I change my bank account to prevent Lloyds automatically taking money from me.

Which current account would be best? I require -
  • Online banking to set up direct debits and standing orders
  • Debit card
  • The option of an online saving account to save for bills
