Yeh thanks for that. I did email them and they told me the same thing. The problem I have is proof of purchase. It is over 3 years old and I don't think I have any proof of purchase. I did send the warranty back to register the product so I will see what they say. I must remember to keep invoices.0 -
Yeah I had a bit of a panic too. Found I'd bought it from unbeatable.com who have since gone under and re-emerged as a comparison site so no help from them. Bank statements from 3yrs back had been securely shredded. Eventually found the box in the loft with folded receipt inside and the guarantee certificate! The certificate was just printed on the back of an instruction-type leaflet. Good luck!Reading this signature is a waste of time0

I was lucky and got it fixed(grd70) though that was 2 years ago.
