JVC Camcorder £92

http://christmasclearanceuk.drct2u.com/productcache/SAL/BO3997/EP743MK.html.gz

Not a bad buy for a budding teen filmmaker at a nice price.

This site is a subsidery from Simplybe.co.uk and I get lots of bargains as long as its stuff you are looking for.

Thanks mate, I didnt look at that option to begin with...Shall we try again :D
  • Nowt wrong with a JVC camcorder unless it came with a SONY CCD like mine did. Bought about 3 years back and it's gone blind. JVC admit it's a problem with the SONY CCD and are reparing it free of charge. Just in time for xmas...

I have one like this. Same age as well. Didn't know about this problem. Was thinking about buying a new one but maybe I will try this path. Shall email them now.

whoa !!!!....hold on...this is a vhs c camera....basically mini VHS tapes....for very little more you can pick up a mini dv samsung (advertised on this board I think for about £139) which will connect directly to your pc via firewire etc to enable video editing etc.....

cheap as chips this JVC....but about 5yrs old in relation to technology
    I'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j

Those who can do, those who can't, come to me for lessons:cool:

Just in case anyone else is having trouble with their JVC camcorder saying the lens cap is on when it's not, here's a link to JVC's website telling you how to get it fixed free.
