Terms and Conditions

1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, The Food Doctor, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian’s permission to take part & to be awarded prize.

All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x 2-night break for 2 adults staying at the 4-star Pierhouse Hotel on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis in a Superior Sea Loch room, plus 1 x spa treatment worth £100 at the hotel. Prize also includes a visit to the Oban Chocolate Company where the winner and their companion will enjoy 2 x hot chocolates; a piece of cake each and a tasting plate containing their choice of 4 chocolates from the cabinet.
8. Prize also includes £200 spending money and £150 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £150 in total.
9. The prize does not include any travel insurance and must be taken in full by 30.12.11
10. The Oban Chocolate Company is open 7 days a week until September and October when they close on both a Sunday and a Monday.
11. All elements of prize package are non-transferrable, are subject to date availability, subject to change, are weather dependant and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions. Date exclusions apply.
12. The prize is as stated, is non-transferrable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 19.07.11 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.
15. Prizewinner will not be required to participate in publicity.
