Getting cash directly from Paypal account?

I have a verified Paypal account and I get money out of it by transferring it to my High Street Bank account. It takes three days or one day if I pay an extra £5 pounds.
Are there any ways of getting cash direct from Paypal, or get an instant transfer to an account or other form of financial organisation where cash can be obtained instantly?

I have just googled the access card and it seems that if you have one of the old Top Up Paypal cards which apartly were withdrawn in 31st March 2011 you can get one of the new access cards, but if you haven't you have to wait until 1st July to apply for one.
I would consider applying for one in July. Once again thanks for the useful information.0
