Shame it's only on branded products after they made such a song and dance about their "trade down to own brand and save money" promotion. Great it does it at the till, though, to save the faff of entering receipts online and then waiting a day for the results to come back as Tescos do.0

How would this work (or not) with online shopping?''apply within''0

Yet another cycnical ploy but an already grasping company. Only on 'Branded products'. What a laugh, judging by the extortionate hikes in their basics range lately it'll be cheaper to buy branded before too much longer...0

Not great for wobbles though if the receipt is generated at till!:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

What's a wobble?
It's one of these
It refers to someone finding discarded till receipts from other shoppers (left in trollies, on the floor etc) which people then input into either the Tesco or ASDA online price checking websites in the hope of a voucher, and/or they claim the Tesco Clubcard or Sainsbury Necter points if the till receipts don't show that the customer has already collected them.0 -

One big factor is that if I go into Tesco at 5pm they are almost always sold out of their basics fruit and veg so I have to buy the next brand up. Sainsburys might be a bit more expensive for their basics but at least I can almost always get them. But I guess the price guarantee won't show that.
I completely agree, I did you the compare website for my shopping and sainsburys actually is the cheapest place for me to shop. I saved over £4.00 minimum. x:o0
