Eon rep new meter when can I start entering readings online again

Hi Eon rep,

I just had a new electricity meter fitted and it starts with a reading of 00009.

How long should I wait before I give a meter reading online as I suppose going from 28765 to 00009 will upset the system somehow?:rotfl:

    Hi Ron2,

    The best thing to do is to wait until your online account has been updated with your new serial number. You'll be able to see this when you click to enter the meter readings.

    Once you can see this, then enter your readings online.

    If you need any more info, just shout up. :)

    Depends on when we receive the details from the meter operator. This can sometimes take quite a while, particularly where we're not the meter operator for the region.
