PO Homephone support

I emailed PO Homephone techsupport Friday re no dialtone on my landline although I have ok broadband.
So far no response, no auto-acknowledgement, nothing. Have re-sent today. Will see how long it takes. Not impressed. No freephone support number, even if I had an alternate phone line.
Will be looking at Plusnet for phone now.
Still no response fromh homephonetechnicalsupport@postoffice.co.uk consider as effectively dead!
Sent complaint to telecomsenquiries@postoffice.co.uk
