I'm a bit behind with Thanks, so will post as I get a chance ! (back at work now, and working an extra 30 mins a day which seems to make my day oh so much longer! - still, it's a job!)
I won a copy of "Eat Right for your Metabolic Type".
The letter says if from the March edition of Your Healthy Living magazine. I've tried searching to see who posted it, but can't find it - sorry....
So, thanks to anyone who posts comps !!
p.s. I was really looking forward to reading the book as I've had a weight problem since I hit 30. Sadly the book is really really wordy and very hard to get through. I'll wait a bit and try again and see if I can persevere!
