3 yr fixes. What happens on death?

Not that it would be the uppermost issue in peoples minds at the time - but out of curiosity, does the exit fee cease to apply on say a 3yr tarrif if the householder dies? Didnt see it mentioned when I trawled through EDF's 2014 one.

Now now Premier, I was thinking more from the point of view of whoever was charged with executing the will !As I said , not a crucial monetary issue, more a curiosity .0
