Cat in a flat

We've got 2 indoor cats, which we got when we were living in a flat. The male came to us via the Cat's Protection League as an indoor cat (he's no street sense and thinks buses and lorries are going to drive around him when he's lying in the middle of a dual carriageway). We got the female as a stray who was found cowering by a main road (we think she was a indoor who got out and never found her way home, despite the efforts of the people who found her).
We had the male on his own for 4 years before we got the female. He's a lot happier with a friend than before. They play together and keep each other entertained while we're at work. I wouldn't like to have a single indoor cat again.0 -

We have a two bedroomed flat and two cats (sister) we adopted from a cat and dog home about a year and a half ago. They are around 9 years old and both share the same litter traywhich I know is unusual but we've never had a problem with. I would really recommend getting two cats as I think one would get lonely on its own and its actually not that much more expensive to have two rather than just one.
I would adopt an adult cat. There's so many that need good homes plus it means you don't have to go through the cute but very messy kitten stage.Jan 1st 07 Car loan £4830.46@12% Personal Loan £11,517@8% variable Overdraft £1500 July 2009Halifax-£0Debt free date 14th July 2009 :j0 -

I did see a couple of blind moggys but i'd worry because I'm a bit messy and the poor thing would. Constantly be bumping into stuff!
Windows aren't a prob as I live in a new build and they only open a tiny bit and have a catch to open them wider.
I have a month or 2 to decide as we are on holiday next month and it's dd's birthday in august (she has been on a me to get one for ages!)
How about a pedigree? Bred to be lap cats:)
Persians? A pair?
My Exotics don't roam much (they are allowed out, but choose to stay in most of the time).

Get the white crystal car litter, when I had a tray it was the ONLY one I would use & a covered litter tray too.0
