Morning all, what a busy week here. All assessments done for DD except S&L which they throw in on friday. Hopefully it will be done this week. Then they can make there decision, fingers crossed they allow DD to go to the new school.
Hubby away from yesterday to a bb shoot so i ate a huge frog as soon as he left (front hall), it's lovely in there now and i intend to keep it that way. Plan today is to keep going with the washing (9 loads done from yesterday) 2 already done today.
I'll just potter today and see what gets done, hopefully loads....:D
Hope everyone is well, i'll not get a chance to catch up on the thread for a while so i hope you don't mind me popping in every now and again.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
I'm up and at 'em...ish.
Morning all.
Re Virus I had a nasty one that basically hijacked the lappy yesterday, pretends to be Windows 7 anti spyware and says that your computer is hijacked by trojans and keyloggers, will not let you access the internet looks very real, fortunately I realised that it was fake and managed to remove it. Malwarebytes-Antimalware is the key, i already had it so was able to right click it and press start and it got rid of the blasted thing.
Instructions here and what the virus looks like;

Also we have half a bathroom ceiling. Hubby has found the leak, some old slates had been pushed through the roofing felt leaving a large hole and therefore a place for rain to seep into.
Big bathroom overhaul about to commence, the dirt is awful and we'll have to sort out new ceiling, then plaster the walls and new bathroom suite....expensive much!
So far this morning done

Hi all.
Firstly - lots of pain-free vibes for Uropachild and Frittered Away.
Also clear-chest vibes for Squeak and cyst-go-away vibes for Piggers. The thought of you taking the nail clippers to it made me go all goose-pimply; please be careful, it doesn't sound like a good idea to me.:(
Triker thanks for that virus info - I use Windows 7 on the netbook, so will keep alert for it.;)
I have to commence frog-eating, because if I don't, we're going to have problems. The frog in question is suitcase-packing for our holiday. I seriously CBA; in fact I can't find any holiday spirit/enthusiasm whatsoever - if anyone sees it wandering, would they please send it home?:D
So far - Mr LW has packed 2 pairs of jeans, 9 pairs of socks and 4 pairs of underpants. My case contains 9 pairs of knickers and my portable "altar" and that's it.
Normally we'd have everything packed except last-minute stuff by now. *shruggy smilie* May need a fluffy mule or three.....:rotfl:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
LW you can have my holiday enthusiasm, I can't afford one this year and I reeeaaaally want to go!
The pain seems to be far more bearable when not laid down, so I'm alright for now. Guess I need to prop myself up a bit when I go to bed.Paracetamol doesn't seem to do anything for it, might need to try salt rinses.
Have a horrible feeling it's bruxism, but then maybe when the long long LONG wait for CBT is over (for anxiety 'stuff') it could help.0 -
LW - I have to pack too and hate it, as you all know
so how about a HH packing and see how we do?
Laundry is done and on the line, although I'm not sure it will dry.
Bags used for tip run removed from car... Strimmer put together and assembled, packaging in green bin. Old flower pots donated to next door.
New plants are planted. Roses are fed. Lots more to do outside, but that was the urgent stuff
Meter readings next...
Also need to get hold of OH so we can check in for tomorrow's flight but he's out with his kids so not sure when he'll call.0
