Well done Frittered; sort-of sorted is far better than not touched! I did both our desks to within an inch of their lives (where did all the paperclips on mine come from??) and then went on to finish today's list! *stands back in amazement*
You cannot possibly imagine how many hair grips I found. :o (So THAT'S where they all went.)

well spotted Crafty and well done Frittered

(marvellous whatv you can put your mind to sometimes)

just found a missing piece of paper I have been searching for!
Thanks :blushing: :o I'm pretty pleased with myself to be honest, if that's not too arrogant! :o With my trip to A&E I never thought I was going to get it all done :p

You know, I think I'll stick around here. :D I don't have a whole lot of flying to do (it's only my bedroom) but in a few weeks I'll be moving into my student flat and that's probably going to take some work ;) I've got a long list of frogs - I've got rather a lot to do this summer so it doesn't stop now I've moved back home sadly ;)

So, I'm in for the week! I'll join in when it's bedroom day :D and I have a list of frogs I suppose, lots of sorting :p

    1. Sort bedside cabinet
    2. Sort bookcase
    3. Ebay some shoes (will decide which ones later)
    4. Re-sort chests of drawers (a bit more brutally this time :o)
    5. Sort out this desk (uh oh!)

So I'll do one a day I guess. In the mean time I'm going to rest my foot as it's looking even worse :o

A quick reminder for those with injuries: although the icing part of this routine can be unpleasant, it can bring out the bruising which can speed up recovery. Well, am back from the soggy North and didn't buy too much on this occasion. I'm sure we were the only ones that didn't know Take That were on.... I'll be in and around this week (not necessarily sticking to the rota as we've defrosted and restocked the freezer today - the destocking started before we went away) and disposing of a few choice frogs along the way.

Are those bloomin' exams over yet??

It's been a productive day off. The hall and dining room are also done. DH has cleaned the outdoor stairwell and I have cleared the shoe cupboard finally.

Kitchen and bathroom left this week as well as preparing for the interview!

Sammie.. I would probably have said 'Well the little cow should leave my daughter alone then and she wouldn't be getting such messages.. not nice when someone does it back is it?' .. But then I am one of the parents who tells the children they shouldn't be someones punch bag and should stand up for themselves because in the real world noone will protect you unless you do it yourself.. and if the school don't llike it.. tough! (They are also told they must never throw the first punch.. so long as they get the last one in ;).. that puts them in the wrong.. self defence is way different to bullying)

Sammie - I am just the same as pigpen on that one but know how you feel ... my DD1 was being bullied by a boy in her class and the headteacher did nothing till he hit her on the head with a rock and i threatened to take the school to court for neglecting my daughter's safety ... he settled down but has now been expelled from the school ... at the age of 9! Things don't look great for his future! But my DD2 is a little hellcat and won't take anything from anyone ... she went up to the bully and growled at him .. he fair backed off! Hugs and spoons for you and DD, hope it gets better soon xxx

Fingers crossed ladies ... the school shirts have been rubbed with fairy soap and are in the machine and are about to be put on with the soda crystals on a boil wash ... hopefully the muck will come out this time!!!!
