Amazing how these companies never reward the loyalty of existing customers isn't it?, yet they are amazingly good at sending out "Refer a friend" vouchers which is basically 'using' you to act as their unpaid salespeople. How about some free months for those who have already paid £100's in subscriptions or have been a member for 12 months+?.

Yeah right.....

Ahh, didn't realise the 12.99 fee when I posted. And apologies, only noticed that this was already posted after I'd posted it. I'm a terrible person

However I have signed back up (to cancel in two months and 3 weeks )

Not sure if they're going to charge me £12.99 or not, but still cheaper than going to the DVD shop doon the road.

Bull! I signed up a week an half ago. I'm still waiting to be allocated my first dvd from my list of 25. I emailed them 3 days ago asking when I will actually be allocated (allocated, not sent) my 1st dvd and as yet I haven't received a reply. Useless company. Useless CS. Be warned.
