LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nah im already a customer, but their 'confused' with the 'sudden' appearance of a middle name, so i cant get anything new with them now. should really go shut my acc down with them as i opened a new one with another bank anyway.

i imagine they'l offer me heaven and earth when i go to close it. Nah sorry too late!
