Mortgage valuation report _ should i be worried ?

Thst's what i originally thought. It was just when I googled "Differential Settlement" i read all sorts of horror stories ! I suppose the valuer was just keeping himself right on the report. Do you think then i dont need a full survey or even ahome buyers report.
it does state for the rating for the repointed part - 3 . which means "essential repairs needed"0 -
If you do decide on a structural engineer's report (a bit of overkill, if you ask me) here's the site to find one in your area;-

See if the vendor will go halves with you. Then they get a copy if it's bad and you decide not to proceed.I am a mortgage broker. Do you think from reading my first post that is nothing to worry about. Get some insurance quotes perhaps for it and see how much it'll cost.0
