focus 70% off underwood flooring, worth it?

Were going to be getting wooden floors for the down stairs in the next 12 months-ish and I saw today focus (obviously closing down) had 70% off the underfloor heating. Given the cost I had ruled it out but having it would open up more flooring ooptions I think (i.e. who wants cold tiles in the livingroom, but if their warm.....)
But their closing down, if they dont work what then? Our house is small, lil kitchen, lil hall, lil toilet room and 1 large living space. It would be the living space I would get the flooring for. 3.5 x 4.5 so I would prob get the 4m2 box which was £31.
Guess what am after is, is it worth it? Is it going to cost a bomb extra to fit anyway? Oh and I believe its electric.
Any thoughts welcome, they shut in 8 days so I expect it will disapear soon

I'm sure it will work. It would still be under warranty from the manufacturer.
But 3.5*4.5 is 15.75 square metres. A 4m2 isn't going to touch the sides (quite literally!)Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
