BT Contact and Customer Service

Hi I have a problem with my bill (14 mobile calls out of 26 I did not make )I emailed BT the usual contact way on 8th June 2011 asked for email reply!
missed call but no email response later (although apparently I did as I had an e conact survey yesterday)
Emailed again after I recieved the survey yesterday 11th June 2011 this morning 2 missed calls and 1 email response!
I called BT well the call centre (in India he informed me that he was in India by the way)who told me that I HAD made those calls and they can prove it????????
All the calls I make are on my call register on my BT home hub and I did not make the calls ( I think I would know if I rang a mobile number 14 times over 3 days:mad: !!!!!! the times they were made only I could have done it!
He basically informed me to email the uk ebilling centre (this is what I have done ?:mad:)to get a uk response and that they will provide the proof and give me the details of the mobile phone ??????????:mad: sorry but as far as I was aware they could provide times and length of calls (as on bill) but how can they provide details DATA PROTECTION he was very rude and put the phone done on me (no i was shouting or swearing)
after 17mins in the phone queue and a 10 min conversation this is not getting resolved and I am refusing to pay for the calls anyone know of the head office email address to escalate the complaint and get investigated as they are supposed to !PLEASE:o
