I have received and spent the first Tesco voucher. I've also received my first reward of a DVD. Just completed collection for the next DVD. My problem is that we rarely by the DM, but my Mum has it delivered. Several weeks had the voucher missing in her copy. When I phoned up the number to get the missing voucher, went through the press this number business, to just be cut off. And was charged on my phonebill for the privilege. This has happened on 3 different editions, so half a reward behind. My Mum thinks the vouchers are being stolen at the Newsagents, I'm inclined to believe her as on 2 occassions traces of the tacky fixative was still on the page. Actually, on writing this, I've decided I shall email the Co-op on her behalf to complain, as they also try to overcharge her on nearly every monthly bill. Funny that they never undercharge.
