Hi,
I registered midweek and had confirmation email back the same day. Tried to activate early this morning. No chance. Telephoned and emailed. System not working properly. They will contact me within 3 working days!

Hi,I also registered yesterday and got an activation e-mail straight away and activated it no problem.I would try again and hopefully will work.

i'm fed up with the whole thing.i've been registering numbers since the day it started back on june 11th.so far i've received just one £5 and was told i'd not followed directions properly after that.
i've email 3 x times ,i object to paying to call them and today their site is just 'weird'.i guess they're having probs but they should have researched it all before they started.

I claimed a £5 reward the other week and heard nothing. Then I got an email yesterday to say they are out of stock....
As it's a voucher to use on a website (Lookfantastic.com) I thought I'd be emailed a code so how can they be out of stock. Weird.
