Is it okay to sell at buy-it-now to currently losing bidder?

I listed an item with a 'buy it now' price and a regular starting price (which I realised was pointless when the 'buy it now' price disappeared as soon as a regular bid was placed, waste of 38p:D). The auction ends tomorrow, current bid is around £30. Someone has messaged me to ask if I would sell now for the original 'buy it now' price of £100.

I would be happy to do this, but would just like some advice on whether a) it's okay to do this considering someone else is currently winning the auction - is it like gazumping and could I get in trouble?!

and b) how do I go about it when the buy-it-now price isn't showing anymore?

I assume the only thing to do is take the item down and relist as buy it now, having informed the interested bidder?

You can send an invoice via paypal to the person wanting a BIN, then once it's paid cancel the auction. I wouldn't cancel the auction first in case the buyer has second thoughts.

Great thank you, the tickets are for a concert in a weeks time and I was worried about relisting. That sounds perfect:)
