    nice to hear good tales on part exchange it can be good way to go as no agents fee and most builders will negotiate as well, so well worth getting a valuation, the agents will be local to you so will know the normal selling price for properties in your area.nothing to lose, get a valuation

    We simply stayed in our home - couldn't have been simpler.
