LCD TV - needs to be retuned every time switched on/off

Hi,
Pls can anyone advise whether this problem is [easily] repairable? It is an LCD TV which does not "remember" channels, so when you have auto-tuned it it's fine to change channels whilst it is on but when you switch it off and then on again it doesn't retain the channels so you have to re-tune it each time.

Perhaps posting the make and model may help?:idea:0

if i remember right every tv has an internal battery which when power loss or tv switched off remembers the tv setting -- so possible duff battery0
