    Because I have the knowledge to judge the product from the sample and design details.
    I understood the design, and the reason why it is like it is, and the quality of construction, and material specifications are self evident.
    Plus, the company has an extensive history in the field, and will still be there tomorrow, so it's reputation is at risk if they don't sell quality product.

    That's why I wasn't happy with the Heritage site after it was mentioned.
