Sottish Power variable 14 -not increasing prices?

Just noticed they are not increasing the prices on this tariff?

Whats the chances that they decide to do it soon after augusts price rises?

Also why have they kept these untouched??

    Which tariff do you mean?
    Are you referring to Online Energy Saver 14?

    If so, that is my concern also (not immediately, but soon). I don't know why they left this particular tariff unchanged, but hit customers on earlier OES tariffs hard. (The electric price on this is identical to the old price on OES12 for me)

    However they have just launched a Direct October 2012 tariff, and whilst the prices are not identical, the overall price comes out about the same for me. Actually generally it's cheaper but the tier 1 price for gas is more and as a low user this evens out the price - higher users may be better off on Direct Octiober 2012 tariff (but then other tariffs/suppliers may come into the frame)

    It would seem odd if they increase the price of a tariff so soon after introduction, especially if not part of a general increase.
