I also had this list of three questions that the adviser at Bank of Scotland told me was coming from Experian. They were all multiple choice. The first one related to the previous tenant of my flat, and there had been a number of people of African orgin living there with names I could not pronounce and neither could the adviser, so I failed that one. The next quesiton was which of these people do I know, again I did not know any and lastly can you tell us an address you have been associated with and none were applicable.

I put my own name into Google yesterday and number in my area was quite staggering so I am pretty sure they have me mixed up with someone else, expect for the first question.

So I failed the fraud dept's ID verification to reactivate my card after a small amendment to my address and it took another half an hour on the phone for them to decide if they could ask me other more straight forward questions.
