help my seller adjust postage

Hey guys, bought an item from seller which was listed as 'collect in person' but seller agreed to post it to me for £5. She now can't get it to add the postage on.
Any ideas on how to adjust invoice in a step by step for her?

  • You don't say where you bought the item from or how you are going to pay but, assuming you're paying by PayPal, ask the seller to send you a money request or invoice directly from PayPal. You could also use the Send Money tab to pay your seller but make sure you select the 'goods' button so you have protection. Even though there is a radial button for eBay items you cant use that to send money, it just directs you back to eBay.

The seller should be able to adjust the invoice on her ebay page where it says postage then cash on collection next to it, it is a drop down menu that you can choose another service from, select to post then it will let you put in the postage amount.

I've had a similar issue; when you go to the invoice page and try to recalculate after adding the postage it just clears it. If you add the postage and then send the invoice, it seems to add it.
