Perhaps she's had the broadband cut off and the financed laptop repossessed ? Well, you may as well start as you mean to go on.
What really narks me is that with the joke IVA and bankruptcy rules, she could be out of this in less time than it took her to get into it. Which is not fair on the rest of us, who look before we leap into a pond full of sharks and don't believe the person who tells us, they are not maneaters......0 -
meanmachine wrote:A lot of forum members seem keen to express compassion for those who have stupidly taken on vast amounts of debt, often with dodgy lenders in the blind belief that property only ever goes up in value.
And yet, those of us who warn about the market and refuse to play the game have opprobrium heaped on us, are called scaremongers and are constantly belittled.
Rank and utter hypocrisy.
As others have pointed out, shouldn't those who sold a property for, say, 10K back in the 1970s be compensated for financial and emotional distress?
Get real.
Property is a HIGH risk investment.
meanmachine stop using property and investment in the same sentence, 90% of the people on this forum that have homes they've bought didnt buy as an investment, this is where you whole argument of imminent price crashes which by the way is boring the !!!!!! out of me really falls down, please wind your neck in and have a day off.0 -

You'll probably have to enlighten the rest of us as to what this means.
Original poster has probably been too humiliated to come back.0 -
