PPI Calculation Help

Hello,
I took out the following Loans with PPI included in the past - the Company concerned has agreed to settle, however I'd appreciate some advice (please) as to how much money I could receive as pay back of the PPI:

Year Total Loan Amount PPI Included Loan Duration
2001 £26879.35 £5823.64 84 months

Nb - this Loan consolidated - see that below:

2004 £36603.54 £8915.54 96

Nb - this Loan consolidated - see that below:

2006 £35837.34 £8076.13 98

Nb - against the 2006 Loan I am now paying reduced amounts by agreement - this running for approximately one year - however the PPI element has NOT been deducted from the Loan at this stage - the Loan in effect still running.

Any advice you can give would be very much appreciated - I realise this is complicated, hence my reason here for seeking advice - I am assuming that the settlement would include all three Loans with this (the same) Company, however not confirmed yet. Very many thanks in anticipation. Mike.

Sorry, cannot work anything from just those figures. I don't think I can help with this one as they are consolidated and you would need the breakdown of settlement, how long the loan(s) was over, how many payments made etc.....

Will try and look after the above.

VMT for this - please see the following additional data in support:

3rd Feb 2002 to 1 October 2004 - 31 payments of £320 per month - total Loan = £26879.35 - PPI = £5823.64 (84 months in toto).

Nb - this Loan consolidated - sorry I don't have the settlement figure to close off.

1 Nov 2004 to Sep 2006 - 23 payments of £381.29 per month total Loan = £36603.54 - PPI = £8915.54 (96 months in toto).

Nb - this Loan consolidated - sorry I don't have the settlement figure to close off.

1 January 2007 to date - 53 payments of £373.30 per month from 1 April 2010 reduced payment of £196 per month - total Loan = £35837.34 - PPI = £8076.13 (98 months in toto).

Nb - against the 2006 Loan I am now paying reduced amounts by agreement - this running for approximately one year - however the PPI element has NOT been deducted from the Loan at this stage - the Loan in effect still running.

Hopefully this additional info assists ? - please let me know - VMT - Mike - if the settlements figures are crucial I shall endeavour to obtain from the Bank.
