Problems with LoveFilm taking money after cancellation

It's easy to cancel Lovefilm online and the confirmation of cancellation is emailed to you.
They mustve changed it then. When i had it around 9 months ago, the only way to cancel was via phone. It was literally impossible to cancel online. You could put your account on "holiday" online but not actually cancel.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

They must have. Copy of email dated 24 Oct:-
Dear XXXXX,
We are sorry to see you go but we can confirm that your account is now cancelled and no further discs will be sent out to you. Finally we would like to thank you for using LOVEFiLM and if at any time you wish to come back you can reactivate your account online at lovefilm.
