OMG I just got back from Tesco, had to nip in to get a few bits and pieces, Had a list of things I needed to remind me as my brain is mush like cotton buds, parcel tape, etc etc.

Whilst I was there I just had a nosey at the meal deal. Was hungry and it's cheaper than a takeaway. I had my shopping list in hand selecting items from the fridge, and there was no wine or desserts left, so I get my phone out to look at tesco online, so I know what products I'm looking for when down the normal aises. As they dont say meal deal on them etc.

Turn round start walking down the normal aisle, eyes still fixed on my phone, glance up and to my horror theres 2 police men standing in from of me looking right at me.

    I freaked, I thought OMG.

They turn around and grab some food out of the fridges.

    PHEW.

    Anyway no Glitch for me.

But I did nab a couple of belguim chocolate puddings and the last strawberry and cream cake listed in another thread.
    your point is.

send an email. if that fails then phone them. if that fails then write a letter. it won't get that far.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

Sadly there's no dtd for online orders, it is in-store only.
However, you have still been overcharged so you should ring the customer services number at the top right of your invoice & explain. They should then refund your bank account with the amount you have been overcharged.

There are two types - the full price ones might've been the 'new' ones with the thinner box (only about an inch thick). The 'old' ones are the cheapies and have a much thicker box (nearer 2 inches thick) and also have white chocolate dribbled over them (you can see this on the pic on the box!) whereas the 'new' ones don't.

So keep an eye out next time, just in case ;)
