Summer holiday in Morzine/Les Gets

Has anyone been to Morzine for a family activity holiday - we are a mixed bunch ages ranging from 14 to 58. Have been looking at Alpine Elements -holiday looks really good with free activity pass and bikes but after reading their reviews I am having second thoughts. Would ideally like a hotel with swimming pool (as one of us is not in very good health so may not do many of the activities). Is it easy to rent bikes with guided rides and walking guides. All information received with thanks.

Have never been on their summer trips, but I have used Alpine Elements 3 or 4 times in the winter and they have been great each time.

Not been to Morzine though, so can't help you there.

It's going back a long time now but when I was younger we went on a family holiday to that area. We stayed in Avoriaz which is by both Morzine and Les Gets. From what I remember it was a ski resort (but not being used as one in the summer obviously) and there was a swiming pool on site as well as a couple of restaurants.

We went on several walks in the area, including one to Les Gets.

Sorry I can't help you any more but it's over 20 years since I went. I feel old now!
