PCN for a prohibited turn
I have picked up a PCN from Barking and Dagenham- for a prohibited turn -code R50, have already appealed to the council and they have rejected my appeal. next stage is - the Ajudicator but not sure whether I should go to that stage . Any help/ advice would be appreciated.

What are you appealing?0 -
What are you appealing?
I'm guessing the ticket lol, there has been explanation as to why he/she is appealing.
Did you commit said offence?? If yes then pay the fine, if no what proof do they have to decline your appeal.
I'm sure someone will be along in a moment to let you know if they didn't put a dot on the i or a cross on the T you'll be able to succesfully dismiss the ticket. If they have misspelled your name you'll probably be in for some compo for distress!!Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -
OP, get over to pepipoo for real advice.0
