2nd viewing on Monday

We had a viewing on our house this morning and had a call from the EA this afternoon to say that the lady seemed very positive, and would like to come back on Monday and bring her daughter along for a second opinion.
I'm trying not to get too excited (but it's very hard!). I'm telling myself that she might be taking her daughter along to see other houses as well, her daughter might talk her out of it, she might just change her mind on seeing it 2nd time round, she might make an offer that's too low...
This is our first time selling, and this is the first time we've had anyone want a 2nd viewing (actually it's only the 2nd person to come and look round!). So - how positive would you let yourself get about it!? I mean this is good news isn't it - she hasn't ruled it out straight away.
Crikey. I'm not very good at this at all. I'm practically exchanging contracts in my head. Must Stay Calm!

All of your fears may be confirmed, as may all of your dreams.
I wouldnt read too much into it, a house purchase is a big thing, most likely I would look twice.
Good luck.0 -
I only look twice at a property I am seriously interested in so I think it is positive. Even if they decide not to buy it the fact that they are only your second viewers and they want to see it again is a good thing and even if they don't buy it there are sure to be other buyers who like it, too.0

Definately a good thing.
I had a second viewing decide she couldn't compromise on no garden for the flat. Also, we almost had a 2nd viewing on a house cause the agent pressured my gf in to it.
Just focus on it being a good thing, until the offer is in don't get your hopes up too much!0
