Broadband wireless routers - leave them on or switch them off?

ok, so if BT's dlm has got better, good - it needed to. Having been on LLU for several years I've thankfully been well out of it. However, my original point stands....if you keep switching a router on early morning, you'll never get your full potential sync speed with the exchange.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
